eCommerce Specialist:
Westfield Outdoors is a world class product development and manufacture of outdoor equipment, based in Indianapolis- We provide manufacturing, design, and international importing services for outdoor leisure products including camp furniture, patio furniture, backpacks, hunting accessories, tents, tackle bags, and soft coolers.
We are currently looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our winning team.
The eCommerce Specialist has great potential to grow his or her career with an exciting, fast-paced company. The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize and manage selected eCommerce dealers while working with our domestic and international marketing teams. The eCommerce Specialist needs to exhibit exceptional flexibility, and ingenuity, as they work with a team of over 50 professionals located globally, as well as the North America-based development, marketing, and leadership teams, to drive the fast-growing eCommerce channel.
In this role, you should have an analytical mind and strong business acumen. You will have knowledge about website design, marketing, forecasting, and overall knowledge of the eCommerce marketplace. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. If you also have experience in eCommerce logistics and supply chain processes would be considered a plus.
Your goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible.
eCommerce Specialist responsibilities include:
· Maintain and grow current online businesses plus develop and carry out strategic online marketing plans that fit the company’s goals.
· Collect and analyze supply chain data.
· Stay current with the online marketing environment.
· Recommendations for improvements to boost performance and cost reduction.
*Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
· *Provide support for strategy development and sales performance.
· *Work with our supply chain team on inventory management best practices
· *Track KPIs and report them on a monthly basis.
· * Work with the Brand Manager to develop eCommerce content and marketing strategies for online dealers.
· * Identify potential new customers, provide contact information and consumer profiles.
· * Participate in sales meetings for product training and planning and attend key trade shows.
· *Work synergistically with the China team, to develop a strong partnership and assure efforts to grow this channel
· *Work with the product development teams for new item placement.
· *Audit product detail pages and provide updated content and images as needed.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Previous experience with Amazon FBA and vendor Central platform is required.
- Strong math / analytical skill set.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound business judgement.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical capability.
- Strong team-building skills.
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to the ever-changing marketplace and its needs.
- Strong desire to promote a winning team attitude.

The position is open in our Indianapolis, IN home office or can be filled in the Seattle/Tacoma, WA. Our Indianapolis office is currently working on a hybrid model. 3 days in the office.
You will be reporting to a Vice President of Sales.
Salary / Yearly Bonus
