Job Description & Requirements
Core responsibilities include:
- Respond to customers’ needs promptly and effectively
- Process customer orders via phone, web, and email.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, web, and email.
- Resolve customers problems
- Support outside sales reps
- Attend tradeshows
- Various other Marketing, Sales and Product/Supply chain tasks and projects
