Job Description & Requirements

Jade has an opening for a Customer Experience Representative for its Conshohocken, PA headquarters.   Position involves taking and processing orders, assisting customers with questions & problems and other office duties.  Opportunity to participate in marketing, sales and other business functions as abilty and interest permit.  Looking for candidates with outgoing & fun personality and interest in fitness

Core responsibilities include:

• Respond to customers’ needs promptly and effectively
• Process customer orders via phone, web, and email.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, web, and email.
• Resolve customers problems
• Support outside sales reps
• Attend tradeshows
• Various other Marketing, Sales and Product/Supply chain tasks and projects

Qualifications:

A pleasant personality and desire and ability to help customers and get along with coworkers.
