Qualifications
3-5 yrs key account sales/customer service
Attention to detail
Connections/relationships within the outdoor industry
Duties
Drive sales with key accounts in the outdoor industry by prospecting, post-event outreach, and through your existing relationships
Develop and advance new business through outdoor industry events, specialty outdoor retailers and outdoor industry manufacturers
Service and grow existing customer accounts
Resolve customer complaints as appropriate
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Work with Design Team to give suggestions based upon customer’s needs and persona
Limited travel required
Contribute to team effort by assisting other departments as needed
