Camp Chef is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team! Primary responsibilities of this role include the implementation and management of online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help plan and implement all Email, Influencer and Social media campaigns to work in concert with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
• Implement new digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels and determine best ROI/KPl's and metrics to monitor their effectiveness.
• Implement campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and consumer direct sales.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure all digital assets such as images, videos, and content is staged and ready to be used in digital plans.
• Manage all social and email campaigns and initiatives while coordinating with our core marketing team to make sure consistent message across all web, email and social media platforms.
• Make effective data-driven decisions and be able to implement changes quickly in order to improve effectiveness of all digital marketing initiatives.
• Research and identify new online marketing growth opportunities which offer the potential of increased sales or drive more traffic to our brand.
• Track and report on effectiveness of all digital campaigns and make recommendations for improvements and increased ROI.
• Collaborate with outside agencies and various online marketing technology partners to improve our digital outreach. • Keep current with emerging digital marketing technologies through relevant blogs, community forums, industry events, conferences, groups, pages, e
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree – Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Digital media certifications a plus (Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, etc).
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior digital marketing experience required with heavy emphasis in social media community management and advertising
• Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
• Basic Adobe Creative Suite experience (crop, resize images, etc.)
• Previous experience with email marketing platforms
• Basic to intermediate experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing through email and digital advertising
• Experience with creating funnels through social media advertising
• Ability to find, adapt, and effectively use new technologies
