Job Description & Requirements
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls and assisting customers with product related questions and issues via telephone and e-mail. In addition, other primary responsibilities will include Customer Care on our e-commerce website with order issues, returns, and product questions, processing product warranty inquiries and claims, and providing administrative support of the sales team. No sales are required in this position.
Shift Availability: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Pay range: $14-15/hour
Requirements
• Computer skills on Microsoft applications to include: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required. Additional computer skills are a plus.
• Highly motivated and detail orientated
• Professional written and verbal communication skills are required
• Organizational skills to effectively handle a high volume of incoming requests
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Able to be on time and establish a strong attendance record, with reliable transportation
• Excellent writing and grammar skills are essential
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
• Support innovation and help investigate and identify new ways to achieve company goals
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a Call Center/CSR environment handling customer concerns and issues is a plus
