Job Title:                   Customer Service and Sales Representative and Warehouse Tech

Job Location:            Redmond, OR

Reports to:                Operations Director, Vice President 

Status:                       Full Time – Hourly (40 hours per week)

 

General Purpose of Job: The EDELRID North America Customer Service Rep and Warehouse Tech is an entry level position whose primary responsibilities are to provide best in class service to the retail dealers, professional organizations, and end consumers, and to process incoming and outgoing orders through the warehouse from picking and packing to shipping and receiving.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • =         Customer Service

o    Provide customer service and warranty support for all EDELRID customers

o    Enter all customer orders into the EDELRID system

o    Proactively work with dealers to place ASAP orders, maintain preseason orders, and process backorders

o    Actively maintain customer and contact database

  • =         Warehouse

o    Pick, Pack and ship outgoing orders from the warehouse

o    Receive, verify, and put away incoming purchase orders from our suppliers

o    Assist Operations Director with annual warehouse inventory count

o    Maintain efficient and safe working conditions in warehouse

  • =   Other

o    Uphold EDELRID’s core values, mission statement and business goals. Complete other duties as assigned by manager(s)

Job Requirements:

 

  • =         1-3 years related experience with customer service and warehouse
  • =         Excellent organization skills and data entry accuracy
  • =         Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • =         Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • =         Familiarity with Climbing and climbing equipment is preferred
  • =         Physical demands - ability to lift 50lbs
