Operations Project Manager

JACKSON HOLE, WY

YOUR ROLE

As the Operations Project Manager (OPM) at Stio you hold key responsibilities in the areas of information systems, business strategy and overall project management supporting the Operations department. Your main goal is to help ensure the smooth function and expansion of Stio’s systems landscape to enable significant and sustainable growth. You are responsible for the company’s technology stack, including the NetSuite ERP and its integrations with the Shopify Plus e-commerce platform, 3PL warehouse, retail locations, databases and internal accounting resources. The OPM plays a key role in managing all operations projects related to business intelligence, e-commerce functionality, and overall strategy of the business. You support the COO in strategic decision making by running comparative and cost/benefit analyses on potential vendors, platforms and internal processes.

YOUR SKILLS

The OPM is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and exceptional problem solving and communication skills. You have hands on experience with ERP and e-commerce systems and familiarity with the direct-to-consumer supply chain. You are an excellent project manager with the ability to collaborate with internal e-commerce, operations and accounting resources, as well as external vendors and integrators. You have aptitude in decision making, problem solving and analysis. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, excel at developing strategies to tackle ambitious growth goals, and thrive on finding operational solutions to complex business problems.

-          Proactive analysis of operations and recommendations for improved performance and cost efficiency

YOUR EXPERIENCE

-       Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, computer science, project management or related field preferred

-       5+ years in information systems, business operations or related field

-       Experience in managing technical projects; PMP or other certification a bonus

-       Strong experience with development and execution of test plans

-       Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analysis skills

-       Mastery of MS Excel and demonstrated ability to adopt new tools efficiently
