Tri-City Cycle is looking for a sales associate for powersports (Motorcycles, ATVs, Snowmobiles, Dirtbikes, Side-by-Sides and WaveRunners), boats and high-end cars. Work in an energetic and goal-oriented work place, providing our customers with excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive sales experience to all customers new and returning through prompt service
- Answer any questions from customers relating to any new or used Motorcycles, ATVs, Snowmobiles, Dirtbikes, Side-by-Sides and WaveRunners, Boats and Cars
- Being proactive with follow-up to all customers and logging all sales into our system at a timely manner
- Persuade customers to purchase from Tri-City Cycle by ensuring all needs are met
- Remain current with all sales and learning on the job through asking questions about units or products
- Maintaining a professional and clean work environment including all units before they are being shown
- Arrive on time to display units on the sales floor along with putting units away at closing time
- Be honest and fair during all dealings
- Represent Tri-City Cycle with a professional and customer-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in sales of motorcycles or products sold by a dealership and the ability to quickly learn about them
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Ability to explain units as well as features and benefits to customers
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must
