Job Description & Requirements

Aetrex Worldwide, the global leader in foot-scanning technology and aftermarket orthotics, is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales professional, with a passion for innovation and technology, to drive sell-through at strategic retail locations and develop new business in California and the Rockies.  Aetrex’s current partners include top multi-brand footwear retailers throughout diverse channels of distribution as well as leading global footwear brands.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

=         2+ years minimum experience in sales or related field.

=         Proven track record in developing and building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

=         Ability to build strong business relationships with key accounts and influence key stakeholders.

=         Scheduling meetings, activations, and travels to accounts for engagement and relationship building.

=         Launching and implementation of scanners.

=         Identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.

=         Learning marketplace and sharing findings to cross functional team.

=         Passion for sales and brand development.

=         Excellent driving record mandatory.

=         Travel required: 80%

=         Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

=         Must be skilled in training, sales generation, planning, and authentic customer service

=         Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines

=         Ability to provide solutions to support business needs through creative problem solving and creative innovation

=         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

=         Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

=         Technology-savvy and passion for technological innovation and continuous learning.

=         Results oriented and proven accountability.
