We are Now Bikes, the Twin Cities' number one performance bike shop. We are looking for full-time, year-round staff in our sales department. We are a group of experienced bicycle retail professionals who love what we do!

Now Bikes offers premium bike solutions and expert mechanical service to the Midwest cycling community. We are looking for excited and eager individuals who want to help us continue to grow our sport, community, and store. Whether you're into off-road, on-road, gravel, commuting, or bar crawling, as long as you are passionate you may be a good fit to join our team.

Product knowledge is important to us, and a large part of the bicycle industry. We sell some of the nicest bikes, parts, accessories, and clothing available in the cycling industry. We also have some of the most knowledgeable clients around so you must be on your game and willing to learn about our product mix. We are constantly researching new products and love when something new and sweet comes out.

Above everything else, we value quality customer service. Treat people with kindness, respect, accuracy, and precision. We aim to provide our customers with the best possible bike shop experience, and our business has continued to grow with these sentiments as our road map.

One of the foundations of our premium bike shop experience revolves around bike fitting. Our future shop staff needs to have a basic knowledge of bike fit fundamentals. Bike fitting is at the core of our sales and service department as it validates the high-performance machines we sell.
