General Overview: As Digital
Marketing Specialist, this role is multi-faceted and provides an opportunity to
manage and support many key Bike, Power and Corporate marketing projects for
Hayes Performance Systems. This candidate must be strong in time management,
creative thinking, achieve departmental KPIs, and be adaptable when new
projects and priorities are provided.

Responsibilities
and Duties Include and Not Limited to:
- = Provide
strategic and tactical assistance in ecommerce activities for the Bike brands,
including merchandising strategy and execution.
- =
Assist
in deploying email and digital advertising campaigns.
- =
Manage
corporate, Bike and Power WordPress sites.
- =
Work cross-functionally with the
Marketing, Product Management and Sales teams to launch new products and
tactical plans.
- =
Manage and report out on monthly metrics
of website performance, including ecommerce brand performance.
- =
Manage SEO & SEM activities for all
brands.
- =
Deploy paid digital campaigns in
conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator.
- =
Other duties as assigned.
Required
Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or
Marketing is required, or a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. Experience in leading
ecommerce activities on Shopify or equivalent platform, A/B testing, AdWords
campaigns, Email deployment platforms and a general understanding of online
marketing concepts and best practices. Bicycle marketing or equivalent experience
is preferred.
