Job Description & Requirements

SUMMARY:

Supports and promotes the Continental brand and products for both online and physical retailers to drive profitable revenue growth, build brand awareness and market penetration. Works in collaboration with sales to develop, execute, and maintain high-impact, cost-effective marketing programs that ensure established corporate goals for the brands are achieved.

Maximizes the dealers experience through communication of brands values in order to develop sales.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports daily e-commerce activities, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping in partnership with operations teams of subsidiary company H2.

• Creates and maintains accurate sales forecast.

• Responsible for reporting of sales, inventory, marketing activities and market trends.

• Supports and assists the Continental marketing department on the execution of product launches and seasonal collections with the implementation of all promotions.

• Strategizes with the e-commerce partners to continually improve the web presence of Continental on the site and within their marketing activations.

• Manages in-store activity to meet plan targets, specifically fixture and display objectives, promotional execution, and theme and product tests to improve visibility of the brands.

• Provides communication and training materials as needed on all features, benefits, and merchandising concepts of products.

• Presents and updates dealers and their staff on brand offer.

• Identify and cultivate new prospects and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.

• Maintains monthly oversight over all e-Commerce including site merchandising, brand content digital marketing, and promotions.

• Maintains digital library of assets needed for product listings, product launches and marketing campaigns

• Assists and supports in trade shows activities.

• Possesses and cultivates in-depth brand, marketing, and industry knowledge.

• Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis when required.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field will be considered as a plus.

• Two to four years related experience or equivalent.

• Proven creative and project management skills.

• Commitment to excellence and high standards.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects

• Proficient on Microsoft Office, Mac OS X

• Proven leadership and business acumen skills

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player 

• Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds 

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Travel nationally and drive nationally (Up to 50%)

• Continually required to stand, walk, talk or listen

• Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
