Curated is looking for fly fishing experts who are experienced and passionate about fly fishing to partner with us and help our customers find their ultimate gear. As a Curated expert, you’ll use your expertise to advise customers and recommend equipment they’ll love. We’ll connect you with customers seeking advice, you’ll build rapport, give recommendations and best practices, compare/contrast options, and ultimately sell gear. Your primary goal is to build relationships with customers who trust you to help them find the best equipment for them and to share your passion for fly fishing.
- 100% remote, contracted position that runs through the end of October
- Can work from anywhere for around 10 hours per week. Most experts choose to work between 10-20 hours per week, but you can pick up as many shifts as your schedule allows. You decide when you want to work but we do rely on a great and consistent customer experience.
- Pay is based on commission + tips. Average experts make $300 to $500 every two weeks. Top experts make $2000+ every two weeks. There’s a lot of earning potential for quality experts!
- Ability to make high-quality fly fishing recommendations to customers
- Reliable cell service and WiFi
- Ability to communicate clearly online via chat
- Knowledge of different rods, reels, and lines
- Ability to connect with customers (via mobile or computer) while off-shift
- Previous sales or retail experience is a plus
