Job Description & Requirements

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Product to bring products to life and manage them through their entire life cycle.  Success in this position is driven by your passion for cycling, understanding of the needs of the cycling market in both the US and Canada, and applying that data in the production of branded parts and accessories.normal'>
What will your typical day include?

=        Use your deep understanding of the Brand and our core customer to work closely with trading company in Taiwan and China developing relevant product for HLC’s house brands.

=        Manage product calendar and tracking changes for all critical deadlines including design & development reviews, style buy ready status, samples, seasonal catalog, etc.

=        Track costs, margin, pricing, forecast and actual performance for respective categories.

=        Gather and prepare seasonal line plan presentations, tech sheets and other GTM/ sell-in materials.

=        Lead the creation of seasonal product catalogs.

=        Maintain & manage product samples through their lifecycle.

=        Perform data analytics on the market for specific categories.

=        Database management to include creating listings for web platform and updating/maintaining SKU information.

What experience do you need to demonstrate that you already have?  normal;vertical-align:baseline'> 

=        Sourcing bicycle parts and accessories from Asia

=        Established relationships with Asian suppliers

=        Proven ability to drive a product line through a strong growth stage

=        Ability to effectively create and manage processes

=        Strong analytical skills combined with a love for details. 

=        Ability to make data-driven decisions.
