Job Summary:

 

The eBusiness Systems Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, and training of tools and processes involved in the eBusiness department. This includes PCM, CRM, JIRA and support for the Brand, B2B, and B2C websites. This role is responsible for the planning, and development of all SNAF digital platforms. This role will also be responsible for providing general support to platform users.

Content Administration:

=       Manage content for Shimano, G. Loomis, PowerPro, and Jackall hard/soft goods: uploading, maintaining, enriching websites and databases.

=       Obtain product information and content from product managers to upload to PCM system.

=       Maintain product catalogs and content in PCM system.

=       Create and provide product catalog information for upload.

=       Manage front end template and content changes.

 

Planning and Enhancements:

 

=       Work with site developers on CRM, Brand, B2C, and B2B site projects from business/usability and functionality perspectives.

=       Gather and distribute user feedback for future site improvements.

=       Plan projects and enhancements that are approved and report on them regularly through roadmaps, tickets, and presentations.

 

Training:

=       Develop SOPs and tutorials for all digital platforms and processes.

=       Distribute these SOPs to all of the users of our digital platforms.

=       Regularly train users to be proficient at all digital platforms.

 

Support:

=       Manage inbound tickets to the eBusiness team and distribute accordingly.

=       Organize tickets dealing with bug, or backend requests and submit to different departments. 

=       Work with all departments to keep the site current and correct.

=       Troubleshoot user issues with the site through the ticket system.

=       Strong creative ability with the desire to turn technical information into engaging content that are both informative and engaging.

=       Work with platform providers to create, maintain and consistently improve the user experience of our platforms.

=       Develop and execute a training content plan that meets business and program goals.

=       Ability to interact and motivate others to assist in providing correct technical content.

=       Provide performance reports and analytics to various parties as required.

=       Additional duties as needed or assigned.

=       Evaluate a project scope and size as it develops for assistance in long term planning.

Job Qualifications:

 

=       Minimum 1 year of experience in web content management with background in data management.

=       Must be proficient in a Windows environment including intermediate/advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

=       One-year experience in Shopify, Magento, Hybris, or comparable e-commerce platform.

=       Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.

=       Must be highly organized and possess a high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

=       Ability to multi-task and prioritize heavy workloads and have the flexibility to manage changing priorities and project work in addition to day-to-day responsibilities.

=       Team player that is self-motivated and works well independently or as part of a team that seeks opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the team.

=       Superb organizational and time management skills - a self-starter who meets deadlines and adheres to schedules.

=       Strong Computer skills required (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe, PowerPoint, G Suite and other video/photo editing software).

=       Strong, detailed communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).

=       Customer service oriented with great interpersonal skills.

=       Fishing industry knowledge and overall fishing experience a plus.

Education:

 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
