Manufacturer Sales Representative

Amplifier Sales Group is seeking a result driven Representative to manage current portfolio of customers and prospect new customers in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. 

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and actively sell products to existing and prospective customers in multiple sales channels.
  • Be well versed in the aspect of current and new products being offered by our manufacturing partners. 
  • Actively spend time on the road in the territory; conduct sales meetings in person and be comfortable with video conference applications.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction on both sides.
  • Supply monthly reports on sales, potential new sales and trends in the industry.
  • Precisely enter orders on BTB platform.
  • Attend and engage with customers at retail sales events.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience.  Expertise in the fishing, workwear, and outdoor sales channels a bonus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency with all virtual meeting platforms is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven.
  • Exceptional selling, communication and negotiating skills.
  • Prioritize time management daily, weekly and monthly.  
  • Exhibit the skill to manage a multi brand portfolio. 
  • Ability to create and present product assortments that are tailored to a diverse group of accounts.
  • Able to work and manage time independently.

  • Company supplied computer and phone stipend provided. 

Salary:   

  • Salary position with a performance based seasonal bonus. 
  • Travel budget provided but needs to be carefully managed.
