Job Description & Requirements

We seek a Fly Business Manager, who will be a critical business partner in supporting the growth of our burgeoning Fly business through analysis, market research, and strategy deployment.

This role is responsible for:

Analysis to support sales/brand forecasts and pricing strategies

Business and Market research and analysis

P&L management for the category

Product life cycle management across all SKUs (new and existing products)

New Product Development (Identification and cross-functional execution) support, including business case analysis on profitability,  cannibalization,  etc.

Data gathering and reporting on strategic KPIs,

Successful candidates will have:

Passion; for Fly, for creativity, for the outdoors

Entrepreneurial mindset with keen financial understanding and business acumen

Experience in data analysis, interpretation, reconciliation, and presentation

Ability to use insights to help guide strategy

Positive energy and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex matters in a way that is understood at all levels

Strong computer skills and systems knowledge; SAP, QlikView, etc.

Previous experience within commercial or business partnering role

Ability to communicate the vision and bring projects/initiatives to life

Familiarity with working in cross-functional teams

Work experience in fishing industry (ideal) or outdoor space (preferred), though not required
