We are seeking a full-time Service Manager for our brand new store in Victor (Rochester), NY. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years experience and an expert in all aspects of bicycle maintenance and repair. Electronic shifting, brake bleeds, E-bikes, suspension work, etc. Duties also include managing repair parts stock, training mechanics, and keeping service department running efficiently. Starting salary range is $45 - $50k, plus health benefits, PTO, and 401k with employer match. We are also willing to assist with re-location.
