The Position: Full Time Bicycle Sales Associate $18-$20/hr. Pedal of Littleton, CO is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to join our team. Ideal candidate has bicycle industry experience and a PASSION to help people. A seasoned background in selling and speaking about road, mountain, gravel and fat bike technology is required. Basic bike fit, understating of apparel and cycling accessories a plus. Duties include; sales, merchandising, and most importantly customer service. Work schedule will include various days, nights, weekends and holidays. Joining our team will provide you with sales training, experience selling the top brands in the industry and opportunity to grow within the cycling business. Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes with customers Direct customers through entire sales process Build and maintain relationships with customers Complete a multitude of daily housekeeping and office tasks High End accessories and parts knowledge (Garmin, Custom Frames, Carbon Wheels, Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS,) Full suspension bike design features and benefits Strong leadership/coaching skills Custom bike sales (select compatible parts to build up a bare frame) Participate in planning sessions to guide inventory selection and depth High level of product knowledge of the brands we sell 3 to 5 years of experience of bicycle industry experience 401k Use of a demo road or mountain bike for the season Paid Vacation Health CareJob Description & Requirements
