We're a leading and innovative online retailer of fishing tackle--known to customers across the U.S. and the world as "America's Tackle Shop (R)."

Our growth and our identification of numerous marketing opportunities has created the need to add a key member to our management team. This full-time position will be responsible for conceptualizing, leading, and executing our expanding marketing effort. If you have proven expertise in ecommerce marketing, 7-10+ years of marketing leadership experience, a passion for achieving results, and that special combination of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills, you may be the professional that we need to join our team.

The Position

FishUSA thrives on teamwork and collaboration, and this leadership role works closely with other talented professionals in Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Executive Management to develop new initiatives to accelerate the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities will include the leadership, oversight, or execution of these initiatives: 

• Brand definition and positioning

• Creation and oversight of the company's marketing strategy

• Development of revenue forecasts and the marketing expense budget 

• Ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing efficiency and effectiveness, which may include:

• Customer acquisition costs

• Customer lifetime value 

• Paid search

• Social media

• Affiliates, influencers, and our Angler Pro Staff

• Marketing technology initiatives, including website user experience, email segmentation, and more

• Customer contact strategy

• Marketing partnerships with key vendors

• Public relations

• Marketing our regional Pro Shop

FishUSA, Inc. was launched online (FishUSA.com) by an ecommerce pioneer in 2000 and we celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2020. Our corporate offices (which include our online business and staff, our popular Pro Shop, and our distribution center) are conveniently located in Fairview, PA, only a few minutes away from the shores of Lake Erie and the city of Erie.
