Director of Sales:
Based in Denver, Colorado, b4Adventure manufactures safe and durable, exhilarating products that encourage strength, endurance, motor skills, and concentration and active play. Position Description:
The Director of Sales uses dynamic leadership skills to lead, guide and manage the team of sales professionals on the Sporting Goods, Mass, Specialty Toy, International and Amazon as well as develop new client relationships and expand existing client relationship accounts through coaching and leadership.
Experience/Education Requirements:
Oversee national sales, promotions, and other activities to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with sales team to plan promotional activities, trade shows and special events
Motive and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets
Maintain sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives
Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule
Build positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business
Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities
Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions
Address client issues and queries in a timely fashion
Prepare sales contracts, proposals and reports for management and customers
Experience/Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
MBA preferred
Two to three years of experience as sales manager
Three to five years of sales experience
Experience with mass retailers, sporting goods, hardware, specialty toys and Amazon
Proven track record of positive sales performance
