Keswick Cycle, the premier bicycle shop in the greater Philadelphia region, is looking for a Website sales coordinator and customer service expert.
The job consists of fulfilling and coordinating website sales with our retail stores and direct with customers through our website. Our customers have the ability to pick up web sales from each of our 3 locations or have the product shipped to their home or business. This sales coordinator will process the sale from start to finish. We are looking for a person with strong organizational skills, customer service skills, interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of the cycling industry. They will be dealing with the staff from all 3 Keswick Cycle locations and customers. This is a new position so this candidate will work directly with the owner to fine tune the rolls of the job and the job process. This person will also be responsible for answering all customer emails related to online orders. We are also looking for someone who loves bikes and working with other people who love bikes.
