Summary
In this role as Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for warehouse functions including: receiving, repackaging, picking, packing, counting, and some bike assembly in an accurate and timely fashion. A high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple warehouse responsibilities throughout the workday is required for the success of this job.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Partial assembly of bicycles with high level of care and attention to detail
- Unloading shipments from trucks, organizing product, and shelf put-aways as assigned
- Labeling, repacking, and organizing inventory as assigned
- Daily picking of orders, packing, and preparing for delivery as assigned
- Must have the ability to identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Wear proper safety equipment and follow all safety protocols
- Cycle counting inventory as part of inventory control requirements
- Participation in annual physical inventory counting required
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and workstations
- Sweeping, dusting, mopping, warehouse as needed
- Breaking down cardboard for recycling, emptying trash and recycling to dumpsters
- Frequent additional warehouse duties as assigned
- Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading material as needed
- Ensures that all tools are properly maintained and put away on a daily basis
- Upholds all quality and accuracy standards
- Willing and capable of picking up additional tasks as needed
- Frequent additional warehouse duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate Degree preferred. Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software products. Knowledge of bicycles and their components required; one to three years of experience in bicycle mechanics and assembly. Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a highly dynamic and changeable environment. To create samples, individual may need to use machinery or chemicals to receive the desired result. Liquid and powder paint booth on site.
Individual must be capable of lifting and moving product platforms. Some platforms may exceed 50 lb
