The Order Fulfillment Associate helps create amazing customer experiences through accurate, timely fulfillment of customer orders.
= Pick, pack, and ship direct to consumer and wholesale orders
= Restock picking locations as needed
= Assist in receiving inbound shipments from vendors
= Help maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and inventory transactions as appropriate
= Perform routine quality inspections
= Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
= Others as requested by the manager as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
= High school diploma required.
= Previous experience in a retail back room, warehouse, fulfillment center preferred
= Basic computer skills
= Be inquisitive and passionate about continually providing a better experience for our customers
= Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and be committed to producing accurate and high-quality work
= Team player
= Good organizational and time-management skills
= Great interpersonal and communication skills
= Problem solver
