Job Description & Requirements
- Support all Workplace relevant activities, including remote office locations
- Support our internal staff with the day to day IT incidents:
- Face 2 Face
- Over-the-phone
- Screen Sharing & Remote Control
- Live Chat support (Instant Messaging)
- Email Support
- Provide Coaching & Best Practices
- Track & Manage Incident Tickets through Internal Ticketing systems.
- Create users accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process
- Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
- Manage remote access to central applications
- Support smaller application upgrades of internal tools
- Operate & Support Client applications at Helly Hansen
- Support with MS Office and challenges
- Learn and gain knowledge on Warehouse Management System
- Service minded and eager to help and support users with solving their problems.
- Customer oriented and patient “Meeting users with a smile”.
- Capability to explain technical problems in “normal user language”
- Able to work and cooperate with colleagues in a multi-cultural environment.
- IT mindset
- Sound understanding of the MS Office & Office 365 product suite
- Not afraid of working hands-on.
- Have a sound understanding of IT Client technology
- Familiar with Windows Active Directory
- Fluent English skills
Education & Experience
- 2-3 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Good general technical understanding
- Experience with Warehouse operations and systems is a plus
