This is a full-time position (30+ hours/week) in a fast-growing Experiential Marketing Agency. We’re looking for ambitious team players who’d like to grow with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and oversee all creative work, often multiple projects at once—creative concepting, social media content, presentations, signage, collateral, swag, etc.
- Manage creative projects from start to finish (set timelines, manage deliverables, and communicate with team)
- Partner with agency leadership (Account Director and Production Director) to lead creative strategy and manage client relationships and overarching agency workload
- Create compelling presentations to sell concepts to clients and partners—strong layout design skills are a must
- Vet and manage print production vendors—oversee production process, prep files, review proofs, etc.
- Create and maintain highly organized file-handling workflow
A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
- 6–8+ years of overall creative experience, preferably at a marketing agency or outdoor industry brand; ideal experience includes design, content, and experiential projects and campaigns

- Strong leader and presenter, able to communicate vision and ideas while remaining open to collaboration, feedback, and discussion
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong time-management skills
- Willing and able to complete projects independently or lead and manage a cross-functional team
- Able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about outdoor recreation and nontraditional marketing
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite for Mac; SketchUp experience is a plus
- Experience with photography, videography, copywriting, web design, fixture design and/or environmental/structural design is a plus
