Job Description & Requirements
Whether your passion is camping, hiking, surfing, rafting, or summiting mountains, Field Scout is looking for an FMM who can speak from experience and represent the Chaco brand story on the road, with the goal of taking the brand to the next level by monitoring sales, and marketing KPIs. You must be able to manage a group of people while also leading on-site logistics for a seamless event.
On top of your salary, all travel expenses (including airfare and accommodations) will be covered and a food allowance provided.
A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
- Love for travel, meeting new people, and making new connections
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in one of the following areas: retail marketing, sales and marketing, business administration, buiness management, advertising, or communications
- One to three years marketing/sales experience
- Exeptional leadershp and management skills
- Highly motivated, dig the details, and able to adapt quickly
- Extraodinary time-management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotioation skills
- Self-motivated with deonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situations
- Commitment to internalizing brand image/message
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations using sound judgement, address problem-solving with creativity and critical thinking, and work in a constanty changing atmosphere
- Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier for inclustion on our insurance
- Experience with manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly a plus
- Expereince driving a school bus, large vehicle, RV, truck, and/or trailer a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to visually identify compliance of staging elements with client branding standards
- Ability to perform duties in wide variations in temperature
- Able to perform repetitive movements
- Able to climb a ladder and stairs, walk, lift, stoop
- Able to use hand tools
- Posses manual dexterity
- Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Able to accurately execute basic arithmetic, including percentages
- Strong written and verbal communicaiotn skills
