Job Description
The position will assist in all warehouse activities, with the primary duty of Order Pick-&-Pack. Additional duties include preparing product to meet specific vendor guidelines (labels, polybag) and general upkeep of the warehouse. The position reports to the Fulfillment Manager and is a part of the Operations Team.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders as instructed by the Fulfillment team
- Provide additional product preparation for specific vendor requirements (adding or removing polybag, adding labeling)
- Load and Unload Truck Shipments
- Maintain a clean warehouse environment
Education and Experience
- Strong attention to detail for managing pick sheets and identifying product by part number
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to properly use pallet jacks
- Ability to lift cartons up to 50 lbs
- Forklift certification is a plus
- PC Computer skills are a plus
Salary
& Benefits
This is an hourly position at 40 hours per week. The works shift is from 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday
through Friday. After 90-day
probationary period, you are eligible for medical, vision, dental, and vacation
benefits. A 401K plan is available after
the first year.
Salary is determined based upon experience and aptitude of applicant. In addition to base salary, current employees all work together to earn a discretionary company-wide cash bonus at the end of the calendar year.
