Job Title: Dealer Service Representative

Summary: Rab US is seeking a Dealer Service Representative to join our team in Louisville, Colorado. The individual in this role will be directly responsible for supporting retail partners in select regions via email and phone. The ideal candidate has experience with outdoor apparel and supporting retailers with their order and product needs. The candidate is self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong foundation of technical product knowledge, personal experience using outdoor products and enjoys sharing their expertise and experiences ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers in assigned territories
- Support retailers with needs around pre-season and ASAP orders and delivery timelines.
- Respond to retailer emails and calls timely, providing accurate answers to their order shipping timelines and product questions or concerns
- Communicate with other employees to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues
- Provide answers to technical product questions and assist retailers with product selection
- Supply sales team with necessary retailer information and updates, seasonal product details, etc.
- Develop a strong understanding of Rab & Lowe Alpine products, policies and services
- Answer general incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate team member
- Attend National and/or Regional tradeshows when needed
Education and Experience: 1-3 years
Other information:
Candidate will need a valid driver’s license, have a working knowledge of computers with experience using Microsoft Office and strong critical thinking and communication skills, both oral and written. Experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus.
Candidate must have a strong work ethic with attention to details. Is able to operate effectively and professionally under pressure, work in both solo and group settings, and able to move/lift 50lbs unassisted. Experience in outdoor industry customer or dealer services is preferred.
