Outside, Inc. is seeking Ticket Office Coordinators to participate on the Warren Miller Entertainment Film Tour. Warren Miller Entertainment is one of the largest, most established and successful action sports film companies today, with more than 72 years of snow sports filmmaking experience. The annual Warren Miller Film Tour (from mid-October to mid-December) continues the legacy of the brand, reaching more skiers, snowboarders and outdoor enthusiasts than any other snow sports film to date.

As a member of the Warren Miller Film Tour team, this role handles the direct sales of group tickets and the coordination, printing and distribution of all ticket sales associated with the National Film Tour. This position represents Warren Miller Entertainment in a front-line capacity with the general public, our venues, our retail partners and sponsors and our business office. We are looking for an energetic and motivated self-starter who is detail oriented and comfortable with heavy phone traffic and time sensitive expectations.

Basic Responsibilities

• Coordinating Ticket Build for 2021 WM National Film Tour & Fly Fishing Film Tour.
• Handling sales calls
• Provide professional customer service to patrons, clients & WME/Outside Inc. staff.
• Implement all policies and procedures for Membership sales and Group Orders.
• Maintaining all facets of events in the Ticket Inventory system.
• Communicating with ticket partners effectively and processing, shipping and tracking tickets and ticket sales.
• Provide daily sales recaps.
• Assist with ticket printing for sponsors and media partners.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum skills required include a working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel and Slack
• Experience in ticketing software or live event ticket sales is desirable.
• The successful candidate must be highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and display strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to go above-and-beyond without being asked, eliciting critical thinking with recommendations for improvements
• Passionate, energetic individual who has demonstrated knowledge of keeping up with fast-paced event environment
• A confident and professional personal, written and phone demeanor is a must

Colorado Jobs: Employees can expect to be paid an hourly rate between $15.00 to $20.00. The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role, and may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
