RETAY USA the fastest-growing firearm brand in the United States is hiring for a Marketing Creative / Digital Content Creator position. Company Paid Travel Expenses / Meals and Lodging. This person will be in charge of in-house content creation and publication. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for creating photo and video marketing content as well as planning and coordinating video and photo shoots. You will be responsible for the creation and editing of still and video images, editing of audio for podcasts, and management of Social Media. You will also be working closely with our sales department, as well as those of our brand partners to craft and support our brand's image. To be considered for this position, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, be very familiar with hunting in general, and particularly familiar with waterfowl hunting. Waterfowl hunting experience and/or experience filming in hunting situations is a plus. No Outdoor Industry experience is necessary, however, the applicant must be talented and competent at capturing and editing digital content and must be able to share a portfolio of work with their application. The successful applicant will need to have experience in social/digital formats including various social media channels, YouTube, etc. Graphic art and video production experience is a plus, as is a familiarity with various eCommerce platforms. A high degree of competency in editing software and computer skills is a must. A willingness to undertake company-paid travel as well as photograph and film in hunting situations during hunting season is required. Relocation to Easton Maryland to work from our company headquarters is required. This position has the potential for advancement for an applicant that is a good fit.
