Position Duties:
-Serve daily as a professional, friendly, customer-oriented representative of Nikwax, communicating with our sales staff, retailers and consumers using phone and email. Provide exceptional solutions-oriented customer service, product information and order entry accuracy to support business growth.
-Complete order entry with accuracy.
-Generate add-on sales when working with retailers and consumers by relevant product suggestion and promotions.
-Update and maintain customer records and required documents in order entry system.
-Monitor and adapt to inventory changes when processing orders.
-Troubleshoot and happily resolve customer service issues.
-Be a part of our team and contribute to monthly and YTD sales & productivity of CS department.
-Suggest improvements to increases customer satisfaction and workflow.
-Support our customer events out in stores or at special events. Fun travel opportunities exist, if interested.

Qualifications:
Exceptional and professional communications skills - both verbal and written.
Must be comfortable and capable with software systems and Microsoft office.
Must have at least one year's experience in a customer service role.
Some experience of warehouse, shipping methods and logistics a plus.
