Outdoor Sports Center is looking for a Ski Department Manager/Buyer.

-Create and implement a buying plan
-Create a daily plan and execute the plan
-Analyzing sales data and inventory levels
-Provide positive and corrective feedback for sales staff
-Selling product at peak times
-Oversee ski shop technicians
-Oversee ski rental department
-Self-motivated and driven to improve
-Patient and able to empathize with staff or customer related issues
-Minimum 3-5 years of ski related industry experience
-Experience with ski/snowboard equipment and the ability to communicate that knowledge
