European fast growing startup Cowboy is looking across all major USA cities for talented sales people to offer on-demand Test Rides at home, and for enthusiastic bike mechanics to roll out our Cowboy Mobile Service.

Headquartered in Europe and backed by US investors, Cowboy is designed and engineered by a team of curious individuals challenging the status quo of the e-bike category and the everyday commute. By creating an elegant and affordable bike and connecting with each rider's journey through the app, a new generation of mobility is now arriving in the USA.

Roles:

1 - Test Rider:

Cowboy's website visitors can book a Free Test Ride at the location of their choice. You'll do these appointments.

You'll ride across the city on your Cowboy bike from a meeting point to another to meet potential buyers. You'll present and make them try the bike, aiming at provoking a sale.

The Test Ride is our only physical encounter with a customer. This time is crucial. It's the opportunity to create a magical experience. You are the one who will generate most of our sales in your city.

2 - CMS:

When Cowboy customers run into a problem, they can book a free repair appointment at the location of their choice. You'll be in charge in getting our customers back in the saddle in no time, providing a world-class repair experience.

We've got your back : thanks to our remote diagnostics you'll know the issue and the fix beforehand, and our online training will provide you with everything you need to perform fast and seamless repairs. Our specialized Repair team will be at phone's reach should you run into unexpected problems.
