Job Description & Requirements

Our central San Rafael store is looking for a full-time Store Manager with experience in online marketing and web administration.

This position is a great opportunity for someone studying or having recently graduated with a degree in sales, marketing, and/or business operations. In order to be considered for this role you must possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You must be organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

Some of what you’ll do:

·        Track sales (for both online and in person transactions)

·       Creating attainable, trackable sales goals and help motivate your team to reach them

·        Manage the social media account, creating new content (videos and images) that are engaging and lead to trackable sales

·        Update the website as needed

·        Engage customer, helping them find items that best suits their needs be it snow sports, water sports, scooters, or eBikes

·        Ring up equipment and rentals sales on POS (point of sales) system when needed

·        Make special orders, track merchandising, and help with upkeep of rental equipment

·        Identify areas of improvement and create processes for the smooth operation of the store and the employees you lead

·        Create schedules, providing coverage when needed

·        Help Owner identify his goals and execute them with him or on his behalf

·        Be a resource for your team

·        Delegate when appropriate

·        Ensure that the store front is always tidy

·        Work with Owner on special projects as they arise and perform other duties needed
