We value hospitality skills first, and place emphasis on someone who’s eager to learn than someone who thinks they know it all. The key is that you know how to treat customers, evaluate their needs, and exceed their expectations. While this is a sales-centered position, our mentality is to provide the best solution, without forcing product on a customer / making them uncomfortable.
