Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will serve as the project liaison between external customers, internal sales representatives, and the operations team members throughout the account setup and order process.
- You will maintain a pro-active role in increasing sales effectiveness and productivity by assisting Sales Reps with pipeline of new prospects and existing customers.
- You will be instrumental in the creation and review of letters, presentations, and various other documents and physical materials in preparation for sales meetings.
- You will consistently work within the Oracle CRM system throughout the sales process and assist with CRM management and POS reporting.
- You will provide support to Sales team through customer performance reporting, document management, and providing effective communication and project follow-up.
- You may need to investigate complicated issues relating to order fulfillment and communicate directly with Sales reps and/or the customer to provide resolution.
- You may be asked to step in to support the team and department on other tasks not listed here.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
2-4 years’ sales, customer service, or related experience.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and have experience with Oracle CRM.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Must have excellent attention to detail, with keen commitment to follow-through.
Must possess effective written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Team-oriented individual, who is reliable with independence and autonomy.
Must be able to communicate fluently (read, write, and speak) in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in building proposals and supporting sales representatives throughout the sales cycle.
Knowledge of workflows, process builder, and data validations.
Previous experience with BI software, such as DOMO.
Work Hours: This is a regular, benefits-eligible position with typical work hours M-F: 9am - 5pm. Some overtime or long hours may be required.
Compensation: Hiring pay range: $23.50 - $25.00/hour DOQ.
