Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a Bicycle Quality Technician to join our team in Rincon, GA. The ideal candidate can easily assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot company products which primarily include bikes but may also work with some toys and scooters. Because where else can you actually play with toys all day?!
In this role, you will perform fit, finish, and function testing and help to distinguish A (best) vs. B (not the best) grade products. This is a hands-on position that allows you to have a true impact on the consumer experience. We want only the highest quality product going out the door. You will work closely with the Quality team as well as the fulfillment center team to drive high quality expectations.
A few (but not all) of the major job responsibilities:
- *Assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot bikes, toys, and scooters in order to identify quality concerns
- *Incoming product inspection
- *New Product Development review of all first shipments
- *Investigate quality issues
- *Rework corrective action
- *Issue Quality Notifications and resolution follow through with suppliers
- *Run daily reports
- *Work with Warranty team to verify product and components
- *Provide general guidance to the broader team on quality criteria
Education & Experience Requirements
This role typically requires at least 1-2 years of experience as a bike mechanic or similar.

- *Capable of multitasking, working with cross-functional team, and has a customer service attitude all the time
