OVERVIEW

DPS Skis is seeking to hire a Marketing/Ecommerce Coordinator who will contribute to current marketing programs while working to identify and develop new initiatives that align with the business objectives of both DPS Skis and PHANTOM Glide. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media and will become an influential team member and collaborator within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy
- Create and analyze sales forecasts and objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and creating a marketing calendar that coalesces with brand and product initiatives
- Produce and execute multi-platform D2C and B2B global marketing campaigns for both DPS Skis and PHANTOM Glide (Email, SMS, social media, paid advertising and website)
- Regular copywriting for marketing campaigns including blogs, social media captions, email, and SMS
- Manage website maintenance and new development as it pertains to marketing objectives.
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales and marketing support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Attain an understanding of DPS’ brand voice to promote and market the brand in an authentic way
- Utilize creative skills and snowsports knowledge to design, format, write, and proofread unique and compelling ‘new’ blog posts
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
REQUIREMENTS
- Past work experience as a marketing/ecommerce coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of ski design, technology and the snowsports industry
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (front-end & business manager)
- Knowledge of and experience with design principles and software is a plus.
