Job Description
Are you good at quickly building relationships, like working in a fun environment with enthusiastic skiers, and would like the opportunity to work for an award-winning ski and patio store? Williams Ski & Patio is a family run business and has been a leader in the specialty ski and patio furniture business for over 50 years. We are looking for Retail Sales Representatives to join our team. In the winter, we operate an exciting ski specialty shop featuring the best equipment and clothing brands. In the summer we are Chicagoland’s largest high end patio furniture store.
In this role, you will, help skiers to select the best gear to get the most enjoyment from skiing or snowboarding. We emphasis personal one on one fitting and product selection to get the most functionable products for our loyal customers. $14.50 Hour plus $4,000- $6,000 yearly commission, health insurance, 401K profit sharing. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable training and experience from an established, specialty retailer!
Full Time Retail Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities
Greeting customers in a timely and professional manner then providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate include:
• Using product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to build customer relationships
• Reaching and exceeding store sales goals
• Organizing the sales floor, creating displays, and arranging new products
• Helping with season rental skis and ski service counter
Job Requirements
• Ability to learn from our extensive staff training
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work weekday and weekend (mostly daytime) hours
• Likes to be physically active.
Store hours Monday-Saturday 9:30-5:30 (Thursday til 8:00) Sunday 11:00-5:00. Good benefits, at an Established, Fun, Family-owned company since 1875.
