About Us: The High Road Group is a fully integrated media production company specializing in the creation and distribution of hunting and outdoor related content. The High Road Group currently produces multiple long running and award-winning outdoor TV shows including The High Road with Keith Warren and Deer and Wildlife Stories.

The High Road Group distributes created content on multiple TV and digital platforms, including YouTube with over 600,000 subscribers. At the helm of The High Road Group is Executive Producer and host, Keith Warren, who has been an icon in the outdoor television industry for over 35 years.

Job Description: The High Road Group is currently seeking an in-house, highly motivated multi-skilled and organized individual to edit, produce and mange video content. Additional responsibilities of this position will include the management and growth of social media channels, first and foremost – YouTube.

Mission: Video content produced will primarily be targeting national TV households, YouTube viewers interested in the hunting space and fulfilling the deliverables of our partners/sponsors.

Job Type: In house full-time salaried position with a 3-month paid trial period.

Job Duties: 

· MUST be capable of multi-tasking.

· Overseeing organization and distributing video content to multiple TV and digital platforms.

· Assisting in the production of television programs, commercials, and marketing/branding videos.

· Participating in pre-production and strategy meetings.

· Organizing and managing footage acquired from shoots.

· Producing and distributing press releases.

· Managing and growing the “Keith Warren Hunting” YouTube Channel including the following responsibilities: posting video content, thumbnail and title creation and analytics analysis (ability to evaluate analytics and adjust to improve accordingly).

· Managing and posting to social media channels.

· Website management.

· This position requires person to be very organized team player with attention to detail and a strong understanding of video production including post-production toolsets.

Beneficial Skills: 

· Knowledge of hunting and wildlife is beneficial.

· Experience as a videographer and editor.

· Previous experience managing and growing YouTube Channel.

· Field Production/Videography skills with DSLR cameras (ex: Black Magic Pocket Cinema, Sony A7s II).

· Previous experience in Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Experience in Photoshop and other Adobe applications.

· Graphic and web design skills.

Requirements: 

· Work from our main office in New Braunfels, TX.

· Passion to create the highest quality outdoor productions possible.

· Mastery of Adobe programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects) and color grading.

· Ability to work as a team player with production and sales staff to deliver projects on-time.

· Must be able to convey professionalism with high profile clients.

· Ability to create video content with high production value.

· Arrive on time 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

· Must be able to pass periodic drug test.

Management: This position will report directly to Executive Producer, Keith Warren and Production Manager.

Office Location: New Braunfels, TX.
