We currently have an excellent opportunity for a creative and highly organized individual to join our team as our Brand Marketing Manager in the Boulder, CO office.

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for upholding the values and representation of the Sea to Summit brand and manages the execution of marketing plans to meet future Brand expectations and targets. The Brand Marketing Manager also takes part in the development of tactical marketing plans to ensure brand integrity across multiple channels and functions. They manage the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and social campaigns for the business including work with the global creative team, as well as facilitating asset production and creative design delivery as needed. This role entails the management of media campaigns across all media channels including the gathering and presenting of any campaign performance reporting. The Brand Marketing Manager is also expected to work cross-functionally with both internal and external (global) teams. They are responsible for ensuring a frictionless and efficient flow of communication, assets, and deliverables between global offices, key stake holders, media partners, 3rd parties, and internal teams. The Brand Marketing Manager reports directly to the Brand Marketing Director. This position will work in tandem with various departments and maintain a flexible attitude, supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals, along with other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate has the following attributes:

 - 4+ years in a marketing role and Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent

 - Demonstrated experience implementing campaigns that focus on marketing communications, social media engagement, content creator management, and designing marketing collateral

 - Project management experience with the ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and prioritize; operates with a sense of urgency

 - Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong organizational and problem-solving skills

 - Strong ability to adapt to frequent change while managing and executing multiple projects concurrently.

 - Superior time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both upward, peer and downward

 - Must be able to delegate tasks and responsibility and follow up on deadlines with colleagues.

 - Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate with all levels of seniority in an effective and professional manner

 - Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with a desire to improve processes

 - Budget management skills

 - Relentless curiosity, self-motivation, and a creative thinker

 - Familiarity with reporting and performance metrics

 - Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams

 - Experience in all MS Office and Adobe CC Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required

 - Outdoor experience and an understanding of outdoor equipment a plus

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package which include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement match, EAPs, paid time off, community service leave, paid holidays, RTD Pass, gear allowance, dog friendly office and some other great perks. The salary range for this role is $59,000- $87,000.
