Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a general manager with experience in retail.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in the retail space with experience in managing people. With that said we are able to train candidates that have the right stuff.  A passion for paddle or wind sports is key.

Job Duties

·         Manage and Motivate a staff of 8-10 people

·         Produce and Maintain Staff Scheduling

·         Oversight of daily rental  operations

·         Oversight of daily retail operations

·         Ownership of inventory accuracy& all product receiving

·         Ecommerce order processing

·         Retail Sales

·         Optional if qualified – SUP or Kayak Instruction

·         Optional is qualified – Tour Guide Lead

Overview

·         5 Days a week / 40 hours a week with a flex schedule option

·         Working at least 2-4 weekend

·         10 days paid vacation.

·         Annual bonus commensurate with personal performance in concert with business performance.

·         No Health Insurance Yet.
