SkiEssentials.com is looking to hire for several positions in their customer service department. 

Both in-person and remote work from home positions are available, with flexible schedules. 

Do you love talking about skis or snowboards? Have a passion for the outdoors? Join a team of like-minded individuals that love what they do! 

SkiEssentials.com leads the industry with its honest, unbiased, and objective knowledge about gear. The customer service team passes this knowledge gained from our on-snow testing to the customer, personalizing the information for the customer’s needs, while providing an excellent shopping experience. We are looking for a team player, who can handle a fast-paced environment.

 Candidates should have excellent written and communication skills and the ability to stay positive and professional with customers when things get hectic. Customer service agents are responsible for answering calls, providing recommendations, helping with purchases, returns or exchanges, and responding to emails in a timely manner. Agents will share product knowledge and make recommendations to match the customers’ ability, preference, and budget. 

The primary goal is to provide the best customer experience to everyone that contacts Skiessentials.com over the phone or through the digital channels, representing the company to the highest standard. If you have a passion and knowledge of outdoor gear and are ready to share that love, we have the opportunity for you!
