Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic manager that will help us take our business to the next level. We are a family owned business with about 10-20 certified river guides, an Office Manager, and an Operations Manager. 

This position requires an energetic attitude, astute problem solving abilities, teamwork, attention to detail and organization, and a desire to promote a positive work culture.

The position includes, but is not limited to: guiding operations and office managers, working with marketing agencies, recruiting, and managing expenses.

About Evolution Expeditions

Evolution Expeditions is a kayaking/hiking outfitter doing guided tours for guests in Southern Nevada (outside of Las Vegas) and over the border into Arizona. We paddle the Black Canyon, a section of the Colorado river from the base of the Hoover Dam, 12 miles to Willow Beach, AZ. The river is flat water in this section with 900'volcanic walls on both sides. We offer full day and half day tours. Our business has been around since 2006. We are a family owned/operated business that has a team oriented working environment consisting of certified guides, admin/office staff, and an operations manager. We pride ourselves on having the best equipment, the best guides, and the most professional operation in this area.
