Job Description & Requirements

Are you passionate about the customer experience?   Do you want to be a go to expert for our dealers?  We want you to use your experience and skills to develop, grow and maintain long lasting relationships with our dealers.       

What will your typical day be?

  • Build positive relationships with our customers, providing customer support to our dealers through phone calls and online support all while offering problem solving and product education.
  • Learn and serve as the in-house expert on our services including website, doorstep delivery, drop ship, special orders and 3PL.   
  • Work closely with others throughout HLC to process and follow up on customer requests.

What skills do you need to demonstrate?

  • Prior experience in dealer support and sales.
  • Good knowledge of a wide range of products in bicycles, parts, accessories and mechanical repair.
  • Unparalleled interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with others in our business
  • Positive attitude
  • Are you a go to person when others have Excel questions or need a data wizard?

This position is remote and we have a strong preference for someone already living in the PST since that is the time zone this position primarily supports.
