WTA’s mission-driven staff are at the heart of our work. The human resources team plays a critical role in advancing our impact by providing the tools, resources and support that enable staff to thrive. We are currently seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to join our team and help foster a positive and productive work environment. This role supports the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment to offboarding — by assisting with daily HR operations, administrative tasks and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven and committed to supporting a strong organizational culture. They bring a thoughtful, process-minded approach to documentation, workflow and team support, contributing to positive outcomes across departments.
