We’re looking: Territory Sales & Account Development Rep – IL, WI, MI
Independent (1099) | Outdoor Industry | Summit Rev

Summit Rev is a nationwide sales agency representing premium brands in the hunting, fishing, and general outdoor markets. We partner with top-tier companies to drive growth across specialty, regional, and national accounts — and we’re expanding.

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused independent rep (1099) to own and grow the Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan territory. This region has enormous potential — from population density to deep outdoor roots — and we need someone who can open doors, build trust, and deliver results.

Who You Are
- Either an experienced rep with a track record in outdoor sales

- Or someone coachable, hungry, and driven — who we can mentor and grow within the organization

- Familiar with the hunting, fishing, or outdoor retail space (or eager to learn it fast)

- Self-managed and accountable — you own your outcomes

- Motivated by opportunity and ownership, not a fixed salary

What You'll Do
- Represent multiple top-tier outdoor brands in a defined multi-state region

- Call on specialty retailers, regional chains, and key independents

- Build and manage your territory like a business

- Collaborate with Summit Rev’s leadership and brand partners to drive sell-through

- Travel regularly throughout your territory and to key industry events
