About the Role
Specialized Bicycles is seeking 10 motivated Contract Warehouse Technicians to join our team! You’ll play a key role in ensuring our bicycles meet the highest standards by performing quality checks, rework, and repairs in our warehouse environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in the cycling industry.
Locations: Salt Lake City, UT or Columbus, OH
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect bicycles for quality assurance and identify defects or issues
• Perform rework and repairs according to company standards
• Assemble and disassemble bicycle components as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina (standing, lifting, bending)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy (for record-keeping and reporting)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or mechanical role is a plus, but not required
