Why this role
SipaBoards is accelerating growth in the USA with both its own and co-branded offer (BMW x SipaBoards). We build premium electric SUPs with a fully enclosed EU-made drive, and a fast-growing dealer and rental network. Your mission: open doors, build pipelines, and convert interest into retail partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales ownership — from identification and first contact to pitching, negotiating, and post-sale support.
- B2B partnerships across global markets (~60% USA, ~40% rest of world), with sensitivity to cultural decision-making.
- Tight marketing collaboration on assets, campaigns, events, and trade shows — all to drive sales and brand strength.
- Relationship building and maintenance with warmth, clarity, and persistence.
- Market feedback loop — observe, listen, report — and help improve the experience.
- Playbook & pipeline: establish a 30/60/90 GTM plan, weekly forecasts, flawless CRM.
- Rep network: identify, onboard, and coach independent reps; distributors as needed.
- Key accounts & activations: demo locations, tours, co-marketing (events, trade shows).
- BMW leverage: turn interest into pre-books and sell-through (training, launch windows).

Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development in wholesale, dealer relationships
- Proven full-cycle sales experience — from first contact to signature and account growth.
- Understanding of different markets (USA, EU, other regions) and adapting approach accordingly.
- Comfortable with international partners and travel (dealer visits, demos, trade shows).
- Experience aligning sales and marketing (campaigns, assets, shows, demo days).
- Bonus: background in outdoor/watersports/hardgoods, micromobility/EV, marine, bike, or automotive.
